HONG LEE LITMITED ACCESSORIES & SERVICE WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
This warranty(s) is effective on our selected products* manufactured, assembled and installed by Hong Lee (hereafter mentioned as 'product'), and is subject to the limitations, exclusions, disclaimers and procedures set forth herein.
Hong Lee warrants to the original purchasing consumer, from the date of invoice, that the product will be free from manufacture defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for a period of 1 Year (For accessories) and 6 Years (For service). This Warranty constitutes the exclusive remedy against Hong Lee for said defects in materials and workmanship.

Aluminium Kitchen Cabinet . Sash Window (Casement) . High Performance Sliding Door . High Performance Folding Door . Wardrobe & Walk-in Closet.

1 Year Limited Accessories Warranty |
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship during the relevant warranty period for that Hong Lee will supply a replacement accessories or parts of similar quality free of charge; and install the replacement accessories or parts free of charge during the first 1 (ONE) year after the date of invoice of the product ('Initial Period').

6 Years Limited Service Warranty |
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship during the relevant warranty period for that Hong Lee will provide on-site inspection or maintenance service, and if necessary installation of replacement accessories or parts, free of charge during the Initial Period.
If the technician determines repairs must be made off-site, the item will be removed at no cost to the customer.
After the Initial Period, shall there require any replacement of accessories or parts, Hong Lee may charges its standard rates for the accessories or parts replacement. Replacement of accessories or parts are subjected to their availability from our suppliers.
Warranty Exclusions & Disclaimers
Should defects in material or workmanship be shown to exist in Hong Lee product, Hong Lee may repair or replace, at our option any such defective product covered by our warranty. Further, the warranty does not cover costs associated with shipping or transportation of replacement components, removal or installation costs, loss of time, loss of use, loss of revenues, inconvenience or other incidental damages. Neither does the warranty cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage by misuse, neglect, acts of God, exposure to moisture or extreme heat, abuse and other occurrences beyond the control of Hong Lee.
This warranty shall become void if the products are in any way modified, improperly installed, repaired or damaged prior to or during installation by unauthorized person and/or corporation, or install and/or utilized in other than normal residential applications.
From time to time Hong Lee will change the design, specifications and materials as conditions require and improvements are developed, without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. If a warranty claim is filed after a product has become obsolete, or has undergone design changes, we reserve the right to Honor the warranty in one of the following manners:
- To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style.
- To replace the affected component with a component that is as similar and comparable in style as possible.
If components are replaced, we cannot guarantee that the finish of the new component will match the finish and appearance of existing cabinetry.
Manufacturing standards and tolerances are not deemed defects, nor are industry variations in colour of aluminium, plastic and timber componentry.
Hong Lee accepts no responsibility for glass breakage (except for faulty workmanship or materials during time of installation).
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS
EXPRESS WARRANT. HONGLEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.

The contents of the warranty may change, vary or revised at times without prior notice at Hong Lee's discretion.
Warranty Claim Procedure and Limit on Remedies
(Valid Only In Peninsular of Malaysia)
All warranty claims must be presented as outlined below, within the warranty period for the specific product as outlined above.
If you experience any defects of materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, you must notify or report to HONG LEE or your local independent dealer (authorized by Hong Lee) from whom you purchased the product, in writing, of the nature of the claimed defects*, within a reasonable time, but not later than 30days after the defect is discovered, and within the period covered by the warranty. Proof of purchase is required to obtain benefits from this warranty.
Proof of purchase, i.e : Original Warranty Card with official stamp by Hong Lee or authorized local dealer; Original Invoice stating purchase date, product details and price, is required for warranty purpose.
*Attachment of printed photographs (or digital photographs if email) of the defects will very likely help our assessment and facilitate the process of your claim.
Hong Lee reserves the right to decline any warranty claim of which the warranty card and/or proof of purchase is incomplete or found inadequate.

Hong Lee reserves the right to inspect, in the field or on our premises, any product which is alleged to be defective, and to have any part(s) which is the subject of a warranty claim field inspected by a company or field representative of Hong Lee. Hong Lee's field visits may result service charges if a non-warranty site survey is required and/or requested. We reserve the right to perform the warranty work or arrange for another party to perform the warranty work.
Hong Lee will not honor warranty claims made prior to payment in full for the warranted product.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by Hong Lee and no representative, independent dealer, or any of the individual has any authority to change, amend or enlarge the Limited Warranty or Hong Lee's responsibility or obligation.
